Organizational Design

I offer systems design and organizational development assistance for businesses and non-profit organizations. At this time my competencies include two "off-the-shelf" large group intervention methods, and some tested workshops of my own design for smaller groups. Many years of operations direction, as well as systems design study, also inform my approach.

I have studied Open Book Management, started by Jack Stack. I believe Open Book has been shown to be tremendously effective in many businesses. Other successful methods share with it the emphasis on -

It is my observation that the leading edge in communications learning, organizational development, and now, personal understanding and growth, are happening in the private sector. In the next decade, I believe we will witness a positive spillover of this understanding and technique into our homes, schools, and probably last, into the government. You read it here.
